PP isn’t really a thing here.
Before the wipe I had a near lvl3 PP and was pretty useless.

Isn’t boosting/buffing tied to your level as well? What level is your mage on?
If you’re boosting/buffing with a PP, then you’ve prolly hit a hard cap they might have placed on none-classed characters.
