Dispell fish shouldnt be a issue the mark fish was wishful thinking not something i would expect. However the dispell fish would work on yourself only. So its not like they are brock fish. But they could be sold to mages for SS aswell. Many uses. and if cursed you could dispell yourself. Not that big of a deal.
