Crafters:
– Changed Tailoring to be more in line with Blacksmithing
– Allowed players to craft hides 10 below their skill level
– Changed qualities on hides to be more in line with BS
– Made exceptional item chance to be the same as BS
– Adjusted some of the bonus’s of hides for better leveling experience
– Hat fortifying now has higher item quality assigned to it
