    The reason why i defend the buff decrease is due to the fact that with how the buffs were before mods were kind of pointless. I mean mods has been decreased since omega 1.0 but with the buffs staying the same there are truly no big reason to gear up. But with the buffs decrease maybe we should make mobs a little weaker aswell.
