About Void and Piercing Weapons

I’d like to see an improvement in Void and Piercing Weapons. As they are now, they are basically junk. Tried to use Swift Void Mace to slow down super fast mobs (eg. Dark Lancer) but sadly it was completely ineffective. Piercing looks nice but ends up being tossed in a bag and not used. Shame because they are not a common find. Neither one is. I’d also like to see Crafted weapons and armor be better so that the time it takes to raise the skills and gathering resources are not just for gaining points. Mages are only used for blessing and grinding out potions while crafters are only used to make money and repair items. High quality products produced by a skilled craftsman should have a purpose and have that little something extra. Once upon a time an Exceptional Zulu spear made by a Level 5/6 crafter was a weapon to be reckoned with!
As a dedicated Crafter I personally would like to see the hours put in to building a character be more than a way to make gold. Would be nice to see a quality product worn or used with some pride.
I know that I’m not alone with these opinions and ideas as I have discussed this with other Crafters.
