          its easy man just enter in options in menu uos and click in friend use self in targets and change seconds % of life u want to use and be happy

            Also if you’re looking to spar using say 10 different daggers just use the .arm settings and run your macro to say .arm (1) (2) (3)…. and you will unequip and reequip a new weapon every so often so you can ensure you’re not breaking all your weapons overnight.
