Can we do something with wrestling?

Wrestling sticks out like a sore thumb when it comes to combat, and when you find a sweet arms master clothing piece you find out it boosts wrestling. There’s gotta be a way to make it viable in the field, like say making the glove slot a boxing glove that would get the modifiers you find on a any other weapon. Granted I’ve never seen anything implemented on any shard that does that. Is such a thing possible?
