let’s go guys let’s bring the PP class to the server with a bonus or something of the genre I know because this class has always existed on all servers and here I do not see one or who is or tried to be in the case says that it does not compensate so have some previous or something that can be done in the case or how it works? pp has level? bonus class? or something? because even when I spoke in the game comment the thief is a mini pp we can implement this here no ??? Let’s go, guys, help with the post and ideas!

Doubt it’ll happen hey. Spoke to some of the GM/Admins about this pre-wipe and it was looking bleek.

I recall a fully capped out lvl3 PP equating to lvl4 in all classes.
With some minor changes/alterations here and there. I might me wrong, it’s been a while.

I am sorry, but a pp got alot of advantages. The thing is that you need to know how to play it to be good with it. It is not like it takes alot of work macoring a pp on this shard. A “lvl 3” pp being able to be a lvl4 in all classes lol. Go play something that isnt Zuluhotel if you want to be pp with big advantages.

Death obviously plays a ranger and thief lmao two monster classes if pps had so much advantage as everyone says there would be a lot more pps 100% why aren’t there ohh people don’t like them?? No it’s cause they suck and a waste of time… what is most of the shard rangers and thief’s hahahah…why there opt if pps where good u would see a lot more especially as u say there so quick to macro… let me see your explainatiin and bs excuses why there aren’t pps running around ????

And no one can answer my question… why when I first made a pp and hunted my second day blessing with 90 Margery it was more then when I macro Margery to 130 few weeks later I believed they fucked with them…. and Tweaked them down….

Because ever since open of shard I tested and constantly pvp my pp vs warrior to see damage…. I would also test my curse and I use to hit -55 curse before I even started to macro Margery… then finally few weeks later I did macro Margery capped it was happy thinking my boost would be better and curse but to my surprise was worst????

The fact that you don’t know why you curse/buff less with higher magery tells me everything about why your PP sucks. To master a PP you need to know how all classes works. A PP isnt a war that takes less magic dmg. It’s all classes at once and to utilize all the benefits of a PP you need to know all there is to know about all classes

Deathstar the way you write proves you got no clue at all how to play this game. You think the best classes are thief and ranger, lol. The best classe are warrior Which now han have rnd on. Do you know how op that is? No you probably dont.
Rangers cant cast higher than c5 here, so rangers without blackrock are more or less useless pvp vs warrior.
If you want to learn how the game works you should start paying attention . The reason their are less pps its cause this is Zuluhotel. Which means people like to play different classes.

Qark, if you want to learn how pp is played and how it works i write you a proper post tonight. The ironic thing is that people seem to think that pps can beat warriors pvp by melee, or beat rangers by ranged. And ofcourse that doesnt work lol.

It’s not the case (nor was it was Loki was suggesting) that a higher level mage buffs for less (though on occasion, or with a weird profile, they can do, and there’s always variability in most buffs).

The amount buffed depends mainly on magic efficiency (only in small part on magery), while the duration is affected mainly by magery. Most armor decreases magic efficiency, while certain certain pieces of gear can increase it. The reason mage buffs are so good is that spec mages have an inherent bonus to magic efficiency. So, the appearance of “smaller buffs with higher magery on a PP” is probably a result of the PP having heavier armor, resulting in a bigger penalty to magic efficiency.

Going on a rant about PPs having shit magery lol omg without considering this shows a lack of understanding of game mechanics and thus poor understanding of what a powerplayer is and how it should be played. Thus, deathstar can be dismissed for not know what he’s talking about.

Okay so you guys say I have no idea about a pp… and say I make no sense??? I asked why when I first started a pp with 90 Margery 90 archery my boost was better and curse was… why when I started to macro and add total points from macroing other skills and capped Margery it was worst??? I don’t test my pp with armor that effects my majic Efficiency.. you guys make it sound like I’m in full ore armor cursing and blessing.. how do I not know how to play a pp!!! When I’m asking why boost curse got worst it’s a simple question not a lot goes into Margery but eval int helps no??? I understand sages etc lol…. I’m not sure if Lich armor gives better boost etc like other Zulu hotels.. it’s not fucking rocket science… just what I noticed and I’m not trying to be a ranger or warrior as a pp and pp it’s obvious I will lose but my set up is to test my pp as both classes and ranger and warrior just to see damage I do and get delt I’m not going to run out with my warrior or ranger suit and go look for pvp lmao I simply test out of curiousty… I’m just asking a simple questions and you guys act like you have and know all the big secrets of a pp I’m simply asking why is my fucking boost worst from when I started a newb non class 90 Margery 90 archery… macro combats to 130… then I did archery.. then went to Margery once to 130 Margery it was fucking worst and average boost is plus 23-27 and my curse was -30… but when I was at 90 Margery 90 archery average boost was 27+ and curse was average 60-70… I am just curious that’s all!!! I only did this so much and noticed it because I would test a lot with my pp and warrior hitting one another with new items and such

And Loki if pps are not classed I don’t have to worry about knowing how each class works… I should be able to macro the skills I want to be a pp like all other servers I did and I was fine… So look your telling me I can’t just capp Margery?? I have to understand each class??? Why?? So in order for my Margery to be decent I have to raise all mage skills lol?? I thought eval int is what is needed to go with Margery…and I thought no pp class so?? or do you mean as how “ each class works” like basically go get a sages and staff?? If I want to use a pp to boost?? And how are pps good?? If what I noticed thief’s can have fencing correct?? But fencing won’t go off of your skill damage but your thief lvl??? How does that work and I’m just confused how does it work for a pp since they use all skills but no class to go

You obviously got big issues not even being able to spell out my name correctly. Its Dead not Death.
And you make zero sense, why would you EVER considering buffing with a pp?

Pp is not a class, but can enjoy ALOT of advantages because of that. All other classes got disadvantages, pp got none except not making as much damage as the other classes. Get your thumb out of your ass and try listening a little bit.

You can’t use a pp class on this server because the loot drop is so high it negates the benefits of the pp. People are so rich on this server that they can have lvl 5 rangers or warriors with max prots etc, power players lack of dmg modification makes them soft shelled turtles who can dispel you, then get killed anyways.

PP on this server is not worth it unless you’re making one for QOL reasons. ie. making potions, blank scrolls, bottles etc.

Pre-wipe I’ve spent hours upon hours testing PP with different gear and weapons. Tested Balth’s with magery and magic eff as well.

As stated before, macroing here is very easy, along with classing.

My prior post regarding PP lvl 3 equating to lvl 4 in all classes was on a server where there were macro-tests.
Failing a macro tests would land you in jail for days.
On the same server the level scaling worked differently per level.
eg. going from lvl5 – 6 made a colossal difference to your character. More so than going from 3 to 4, or 4 to 5.
Combined with macro tests and much-much lower skill gain, with 180 unique players online, there were maybe around 5 or 6 lvl6 players in total. This was after about one and half years.
Was so rare to class that high that the server website had a hall of fame section dedicated to players classing that high and I believe they were rewarded with a shroud or some shit.

Different servers work differently. Every Admin has their own vision and goals.

As cool as a PP would be, it would take a long time to implement.

Balancing and fine tuning what we have now should take prio.

btw. 4 out of the 6 odd ZH servers I’ve played had PP’s.
So as far as my personal experience, it’s more common on ZH than not.
That being said, 90% of the time they were either way too strong or complete dogshit.
