        They drop from champion bosses and increase your statcap and stat by 1, above the base cap of 130. I believe the hard cap is 150 stats, or 20 potions.

          Ohhhhhh– never mentioned anywhere that they only spawn from champ spawns.

          Or at least I missed wherever that was mentioned.
