      Hi Everyone,

      I would suggest classes and levels of different characters.

      IE. Class = Blacksmith
      Then within all the classes, you can have different levels of Blacksmith for instances – Up to GM level or level 4 or whatever the naming convention is.

      For every level, you can then have additional benefits – IE extra chance for exceptional items.

          There is already classes on this shard with bonuses in stuff like you mentioned.
