    I PLAY THIEF

    Tested
    4 level ranger (archery 130)
    3 level thief
    The thiefs damage is more then ranger! (test on warrior, ranger, thief on bow and crossbow)
    HOW IT CAN BY TRUE IN REALITY WHEN CLASS RANGER WITH CLASS SKILL ARCHERY MAKE POUR DAMAGE?

    1-10 dps from arrow or bolt

    Need to descrase theifs damage to players 10-20% (need to test it also)
    Or up rangers damage about 4-8% (need to test)

    Also mage with 130 magery 4 level cast bless 54 +\-
    and mage 5 lev 150 magery\eval cast 58 +\-

    may be it will be better when it will be more different about 63 +\- like a bonus up for 10 not for 5 on level and skills

    need to test also with all levels on mage

    Please look for this suggest when you will have some time.

    In classic style all class do more big damage to class thief either bard)

    And also please make poison protect work from thief poison. Level 6 must work I think.

    Your testing must be very flawed
    A spec 5 ranger deals almost double the damage as a spec 6 thief

    Loki yes sure man if 5 lev ranger have good damage i dtk… MAY BE it better then thief)
    when i will have 5 lev ranger and 6 lev thief i can talk about it
    but for now im playing 4 level thief and i see that its not reality
    so when you play ranger 2-3-4 level your damage also must be more powerfull then a thiefs equal his level isnt it? we need to go and test it.
    and its a good idea to have working prots from deadly poison and please make also
    1 bottle for 4 chrages on one item
    1 – 100%
    2 – 90%
    3 – 80%
    4 – 70%
    or if you poison victim by one weapon you need to change weapon or wait for 4-6 second to poison it couse its really easy gyus playing thief)

    Trust me, thieves dmg isnt far from OP. It’s good on low level, but as level and gear goes up thieves start to fall behind…. ALOT
    when I hit a boss with bow I hit them for about 2% and my poison ticks every now and then for 1%, while a 1 spec lower ranger with equal dex will hit the same boss for 5%. I see it every day hunting several hours a day

    Poison in PvE is maybe 10% of the damage done to bosses rest comes from archery/fencing

    Poison only good for chasing down people who try to run way *evil grin*
    The a ranger will have a hard time to keep up
    but PvE, if you dont hunt in swift power(which most ppl I see in dungeons do) a ranger will crush a thief in damage cuz poison doesnt scale with gear/mage boost

    If you want to balance it, you’d have to add a damage modifier to poison to scale with dex/str, but I dont see that going to happen script wise on POL or in UO for that matter

    Thief is the only class that can beat all classes easy and this is tested!! They are to opt and need to be turned down I don’t know how dreams can let a class be so opt!!! Thief class is the biggest unbalanced class on this server and need to be fixed and turned down

    I think they need to remove lockpicking, pretty useless skill. lower poisoning, and give thieves their own weapon. Previous server I played on had throwing knives. it had medium range, and medium damage. take away lockpicking, give them throwing knife skill. and script it like you would archery. they need to have throwing knife ammo in order to use the weapon and damage was based off the throwing knife skill and spec level of the thief. and by poisoning their throwing knife, that would help increase damage over time.
