Thank you for providing this shard so we can all feed our ZH addiction.
I posted a comment on a related thread but figured this deserves its own topic.
I really don’t like to complain especially when I’m a guest. I think it’s rude to do so,so I won’t. I merely wish to throw in a couple of suggestions regarding mining in the unguarded mines that are plentiful yet remain desolate and unused.
Regardless of where you are mining, it takes time to accumulate gems and Zulu ore and that’s how it should be. So this thread isn’t about that. It’s about getting Crafters out of Occlo and using the abundance of other mining locations.
Simply put, Crafters have no defensive skills and therefore are not going to head out with any gear into the wilderness to collect resources. I’ve thought about this subject quite a lot.
Possible solutions to this ongoing issue.
No mark/recall inside mines, like dungeons.
Teleport gate check on your skills so only players with crafting skills can enter the mines. (Similar to the newbie dungeon entrance) and have a couple random Guard NPCs wandering around inside the mines incase of any shenanigans. That way mine not restricted to only crafter class but open to anyone with crafting skills. Allowing unclassed and Power Players in but bars Pkers from harvesting macroing crafters.
Would really like some feedback regarding this solution from the players and the Developers. I ask that the criticism be constructive.
      Thanks for reading all this.

Skill check on teleporter would prevent Thieves from being able to use stealth to kill and hide from the Guards. Closes up that loophole that simply placing Guardsmen doesn’t cover.
